Terms & Conditions of service.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are considered final and non-refundable.
Full payment or deposit is required to secure your spot.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the retreat and the limited number of spaces available, bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to assist you in reselling your ticket to another suitable attendee. However, it remains your responsibility to arrange the resale.
Please notify us immediately if you wish to transfer your ticket, so we can assist in facilitating the process.
3. Ticket Transfers
Transfers to another person must be arranged no later than 3 weeks before the retreat.
You must provide us with the full name and contact details of the new attendee.
The new attendee must agree to the terms and conditions before attending the retreat.
4. Liability and Personal Responsibility
Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the retreat.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and well-being throughout the event.
5. Code of Conduct
We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Any discriminatory or harmful behavior will result in removal from the retreat without refund.
6. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or activities in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees as soon as possible.
7. Health and Safety
Attendees are required to follow all health and safety guidelines set by the venue and event organisers.
In the event of any health emergency, please inform the organisers immediately.
Attendees must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
8. Filming and Photography
Please be aware that filming and photography will take place during the retreat for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant us the right to use the media for marketing and promotional content.
If you do not wish to be featured in media content, please notify us in advance.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Any content or materials provided during the retreat are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without the explicit permission of the creators or hosts.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information will be stored securely and only used for retreat-related communication.
We do not share your information with third parties.
In accordance with the UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to request its deletion.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events).
In the event of such circumstances, we will communicate any necessary changes or cancellations to attendees as soon as possible.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the retreat, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution is not possible, we may refer the dispute to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
14. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary.
Any changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
